Return policy

Radiadoresfarho.es offers a 14-day return period from the day the product is received. The product must be in perfect condition. Upon receipt of the merchandise in our stores, and after we check the conditions thereof, we will issue a refund in your name If the original packaging is not included, the product can be depreciated.

How do I return a product?

For defective products or shipment

Our Customer Service will request a pickup of the product to return. The goods must be in perfect condition and properly packaged. They can only be collected in mainland Spain.

Once received in our stores and having checked the condition, we will refund the amount of the returned goods, using the same payment method with which the purchase was made, before 14 days since the request.

Refund policy

Once checked that the returned product is in perfect condition, a refund will be issued in your name. The refund will be made using the same method of your purchase: PayPal, credit card, bank transference.

Refunds calculation

In case that the return is due to any failure on our part or because you have received the wrong product or a defective one, we will refund the shipping costs that you were paid for with your purchase.
